1: TO BOOK A COURT:
1.1: click on www.realtennisonline.com/bookings
1.2: enter your first or your last name in the search field.
1.3: when the display with your full name and registered number appears, move the
cursor to your name until it is highlighted. Click on that line.
1.4: enter your password in the box indicated.
1.5: click on ‘Login’.
1.6: You now have the current week’s sheet in front of you; just follow the menu.
(We suggest you save the link in 1.1 above to the Bookmarks/Favorites section on your browser to get fast access for future court bookings.)
2: FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?
If you are registered at www.realtennisonline.com but have forgotten your password:
2.1: click on www.realtennisonline.com
2.2: at Step 1, enter your last name.
2.3: at Step 2, click on “Forgotten your password?”
2.4: enter your e-mail address and click on “Email my password”.
2.5: you will receive an e-mail with your password in a matter of minutes.
3: NOT YET REGISTERED?
To register with www.realtennisonline.com, you must first contact the Professionals, who will carry out your registration for you. After this, you will quickly receive an e-mail containing your password. To register is free. Now you can book courts on-line.
4: READ THE COURT BOOKING SYSTEM INSTRUCTION MANUAL:
The manual is a very detailed document and it explains all aspects of how to manage your tennis match arrangements on-line. It was originally written for the membership of the Moreton Morrell Real Tennis Club, and the club has kindly made it available for our use. Consequently all the various court sheets appear as for Moreton Morrell members, but the principles are exactly the same for PHTC members. And when you go through to www.realtennisonline.com/bookings you will be shown PHTC booking sheets.
